We know from the research into wellbeing that supporting the development of resilience is critical to maintaining wellbeing levels and prevent the onset of more serious mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.
In this live discovery workshop Kim Carr and Liz Robson-Kelly share practical and simple strategies that support the development of wellbeing and resilience even during times of change and challenge. You will leave with a range of tips and ideas drawn from positive psychology that you can implement in your school to help pupils and staff sustain a culture of wellbeing.

Liz is the CEO, Founder and Creative Director at Worth-it and is a leading Positive Psychologist and Educator. She has been developing evidence-based, co-produced early prevention programmes for young people within schools, the NHS and local authorities for over 13 years.
