Feel you need help and ideas for where to start developing the wellbeing of your school for pupils and staff?

How do you know this is right for you?

The current situation caused by the Covid 19 pandemic is having a detrimental effect on the wellbeing levels of many pupils and staff. We know from the research into wellbeing that supporting the development of resilience is critical to maintaining wellbeing levels and prevent the onset of more serious mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.

In this live discovery workshop Kim Carr and Liz Robson-Kelly share practical and simple strategies that support  the development of wellbeing and resilience even during times of change and challenge. You will leave with a range of tips and ideas drawn from positive psychology that you can implement in your school to help pupils and staff sustain a culture of wellbeing.
