When you log in scroll to the bottom of the Wellbeing Academy main dashboard, where you will see the Worth-it Coach training course. You will see the course is now unlocked for you to make a start.

Once you progress through the course the resources, coaching log and support sections will unlock. This is to stop you from feeling overwhelmed or that you need to do everything all at the beginning. We have designed the course to enable your skills to build up gradually over time. You should be able to start using your coaching skills with young people after you have completed Module 2.

If you have accessed the Wellbeing Academy before you may have used different email addresses to access free resources. This means you may have multiple access accounts that might need to be merged. If you think you may have multiple log-ins please let us know which your preferred email address is for your course log-in.

Always remember to check the junk inbox as your course log-in comes from the academy email address and this may automatically go to junk.

Remember we are always here to help so just send us an email if you have any questions or get stuck.

The complete course provides a total of 56 hours of training and 20 hours of further coaching practice is required to complete the course. Practical Coaching Resources

One of the most important things about our coach training is that our course helps you learn how to use evidence-based and practical coaching tools and resources.  You'll gain access to over 30 of the tools and resources we provide on our course have been inspired by the coaching work we have done with young people over the last 12 years.

The course also provides a workshop on how to develop and run group coaching programmes using the tools and resources shared in the course. We have also included information and resources in the course about how to prepare for and start your coaching sessions, how to review the coaching process and end coaching sessions.  You will learn how to work with parents or partner agencies and organisations such as schools.

Once you have completed the initial training modules your resource toolkit will be unlocked and you will be able to start using our fantastic coaching resources with the young people you work with.

Course delegates value our simple but effective tools and resources that kickstart their abilities to confidently coach young people.

The tools that we have been given to work with have formed the basis of my coaching practice and I will continue to use them.

I felt able to ask lots of questions about professional practice and now understand how coaching should be undertaken properly. I feel that I am able to confidently start my own professional practice safe in the knowledge that I am asserting the right boundaries straight away and am putting in place the correct techniques to ensure the best outcomes for my clients but also for my own benefit as a competent practitioner."
